Habitat:
Occupies various habitats, from dry and hot to cold and wet, Rare forests, Forest edges, Sometimes cultivated fields and meadows, Occurs at altitudes up to about 1000 m above sea level

Green plants, Young branches of trees and shrubs, Mosses, Leaves of trees and shrubs, Mosses
Reproduction:
- Sexual maturity: 2 years of age
- Breeding season: October-November
Species protection:
According to the Red List of Threatened Species of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN Red List), the species is classified as LC - meaning lower risk. Estimated population in Poland is about 400 individuals in 2007.
